Customized Coaching Plan

The most important aspect of our Customized Coaching Plans is taking into account your availability, your individual strengths & weaknesses in addition to looking at your goals to be able to come up with a plan that is both realistic and achievable, for YOU.

You only have a finite number of hours to train each week, so we recommend that you use your time wisely and make sure each session is a quality based session with specific objectives.

Through consistency & the specificity prescibed in each workout, you will arrive at each of your goals in the best condition that you are capable of achieving. The coaching plan will ensure you fit, are correctly recovered at your specific goal & the bike will feel as though it is pedalling itself!

Through careful analysis of the training load of each workout completed and its associated effects on your body, we can look at how this interacts with your current fitness levels to determine how fatigued you are.

The timing of workouts and the prediction of the stresses that this places on the body is critical to determining the intensity & length of training sessions. By doing this accurately we are able to make you are in peak form at the correct time.

Performance Review

An important aspect of our Customized Coaching Plans is to help keep you on track during the build up to each of your goals. We focus not only on consistency of completing workout sessions but also on the quality of workouts.

By reviewing all your uploaded data, our coaches determine how accurately you’ve completed the prescribed workout sessions and point how the workout session could be improved.

Your progress is able to be displayed in a graphical representation for many different aspects of your training. This will facilitate a better understanding for you of the quality of your training and how your training is going overall.
